Kathy
Griffin:
My Life on
the D-List

Kathy Griffin currently has a new unscripted reality series on the Bravo network entitled My Life On The D-List. This is a new six part series featuring a glimpse at life as a Hollywood celebrity as seen through the eyes of Kathy Griffin. Each episode will feature bits from her stand up comedy acts or public performances, as well as a look into her private life. The show will also feature many of Kathy’s closest friends and family, including her husband, her parents, her personal assistants and more.

The show examines the behind-the-scenes world of show business. What it takes to prepare for public appearances, to be interviewed on television talk shows and the work involved in performing stand up comedy. The show is largely based on her performances at the Laugh Factory in Los Angeles, where she makes light of her D-List status and dishes dirt on the more famous people she encounters through life. She points out that all of her remarks are true as she observes them.

"Let me just say that in the special, I imply that based on my observation of Whitney Houston, I think there's a slight chance that she may have a drug problem. Now I know that's a leap, but she's just gone into rehab, and now maybe you know I don't make this stuff up."

My Life On The D List can be seen each Wednesday at 10pm on Bravo.
